Stability disk, aka wobbly desk pad. These are riubber disks you inflate and were originally intended to build balance and stability - you put them on the floor and stand on them and do exercises. But they also function great as a wobbly chair pad that well provide support for the pelvis and help you make micromovements throughout the day when sitting - just like one of those huge yoga balls, but these look more professional (especially if you put it inside a nice cover) and take up a lot less space in your office. There are many brands out there.

If you're having problems with back pain that make it difficult to sit at the desk, a kneeling desk might help - it removes pressure from the low back. This is not suitable if you have knee pain. They cost about $60-$150 - different models have different quality/firmness of foam and different adjustment mechanisms but they all look about the same. You do want one where you can raise the seat up, the seat on top should be tilted slightly.
