Location 

2604 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 300, 5 minutes from Woodley Park metro.   There is metered street parking on Connecticut and on side streets - please check signs - and Colonial Parking is a paid garage across the street.  This is a 3rd floor office with no elevator, if you have trouble walking up two flights of stairs please let me know.  

Time for your session and you can't get into the building?  Check the email you received when you first booked and scroll down to find the door code.

Rates

In-person session (10-series or individual)     $170/session (about 70min.)
 Online movement session                                $155/session (about 55 min. )

 A $5 credit card processing fee is added to all credit card and digital payments.  

COVID/RSV/flu Policy:  I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask during the session.  Masks are not required, but you may wear one if you like.   Please do not come in for a session if you have a fever or any other signs of respiratory illness or if you or a close contact has had a positive Covid test or is sick with Covid.  Contact me and we will reschedule.
